How to Produce Melamine Crockery Tableware?
Step 1:
To begin the production process, two machines need to work together in collaboration:
1) High-frequency preheating machine
2) Hydraulic strong pressure forming machine
Step 2:
Next, it is essential to design and create molds based on provided samples and drawings. For this purpose, two types of molds are required:
1) High melting point plastic heating mold specifically designed for the high-frequency machine
2) Aluminum forming mold to be used with the hydraulic pressure machine
Step 3:
Utilize the high-frequency welding machine to preheat the melamine material to the desired temperature. Once heated, pour the material into the designated forming mold.
Step 4:
Retrieve the formed products from the hydraulic machine. Polish the edges of the products to achieve a smooth finish, ensuring a higher quality touch and appearance.
