The maintenance of HF Preheating Machine
1. Clean the dust and moisture of the upper electrode plate, lower electrode plate and roller electrode. (at any time)
2. Check whether the grounding effect of the soft copper sheets on the four sides of the upper cover is good. (once a week)
3. Clean the dust filter. (once a week)
4. Clean the dust filter at the fan port. (once a month)
5. Use dry compressed air to purge the electronic tube and its surrounding capacitors, inductance coils, and fan (once or twice a month).
6. Clean the dust and dirt on all parts (once a month).
7. Check whether the capacitors, inductors and copper sheets in the tube oscillation box are in good contact.
Whether it is fastened (3 times a year).
8. Refuel the head cover motor reducer (once every 2 years).
9. Check whether the operation of the equipment is normal (once a month).
